At Holm Studio, we invite you to experience our outstanding service and personal attention in a distinctive, private environment. Holm Studio offers individual, partner, and group fitness coaching as well as boot camp, yoga, spin & pilates classes.
Owner Josh Holm and fellow personal trainers Lee Joyce and Paige McBride have a combined 50 years of experience in personal training and are all certified National Academy of Sports Medicine specialists. Josh, Lee and Paige utilize their knowledge to create individualized program design through in-depth postural assessment, gait analysis, and medical and exercise history. We also utilize Trigger Point therapy — an approach to release tension in six main areas of the body that most influence bio-mechanical efficiency. This approach to achieving structural integrity is applicable to runners, triathletes, and competitive and recreational athletes.
We specialize in Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Sports Performance, Muscle Gain, Corrective Exercise (poor posture, problem knees, joints, post-rehabilitation, etc…), and Core and functional strength training. We also train special populations, including Prenatal, Youth and Elderly.
