  • Join us for guided Full Body Conditioning and strength exercises.
  • Michelle from Holm Studios will be offering morning Cardio Kick Boxing Classes: rounds of punching, kicking and jabbing; incorporating boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai moves to blast fat, strengthen the core, and define your abs.
  • When you come to the free class, get discounts and passes to try out other classes in the studio!
  • All attendees should bring their own towel and water. No other equipment needed.

We specialize in Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Sports Performance, Muscle Gain, Corrective Exercise (poor posture, problem knees, joints, post-rehabilitation, etc…), and Core and functional strength training. We also train special populations, including Prenatal, Youth and Elderly.
